regional quilts by Gail Strout, Hanya Lockwood, Carolyn Raimy

Last summer’s quilt show included traditional and more contemporary works. All are welcome!

The Earlville Opera House will be holding a regional quilt show to celebrate Central New York’s rich quilting culture from July 13th – August 3rd. Local quilters are invited to exhibit their quilts. Last year’s quilt show at the EOH galleries had over 700 visitors!

The show will be in the EOH West Gallery at the same time that the annual “Contemporary Art Quilts” exhibition runs in the East Gallery.  The dates are from July 13 – August 3 with an opening on SATURDAY, JULY 20th to coincide with the Earlville Community Days Celebration.

All quilts must be received on or by July 6th for hanging.  Please bring them in a protective bag with a label on your quilt and bag to keep them safe in the drop off and return process.

Please call if you have any questions. Quilts should be labeled and an exhibition form should accompany your quilt so that it can be safely returned to you.  The forms may be filled in at the EOH gallery office at the time of drop off or downloaded from or if you would like one to be mailed, call the EOH at 315-691-3550.
