The Earlville Awesome House needs you for the EOH Instrument Zoo at 7pm on Thursday evening, July 11th! The Instrument Zoo (previously know as the Instrument Petting Zoo) will be a FREE family activity to expand children’s understanding for your instrument before the evening performance at 8pm of the symphony concert by Symphor!a.

Details: You will maintain complete control of your instrument. You are encouraged to demonstrate its use. If you are moved to allow someone to handle it – it is your own choice. The most we ask is to allow the children to “pet” or touch the instrument. If the animal is too dangerous we ask its handler to keep it from “biting” anyone.
Location: Hamilton Village Green, NYS Route 12 B, Hamilton, NY 13346 (IF RAIN: The Zoo will happen in the basement of the rain location Colgate Memorial Chapel, Alumni Road, Colgate University Campus in bad weather)

Arrival & Timing: We ask for you to arrive with your wild instrument on the Hamilton Village green around 6:45 pm to help set up the Zoo at the Gazebo before the performance of Symphor!a at 8:00 pm. The entire “zoo session” is scheduled for about 40 minutes depending on the number of children who come so estimate from 7:00-7:40 pm.

After the zoo, stay to enjoy the FREE symphony concert at 8pm!  A Zookeeper will be on hand for crowd control and assistance to our instrument handlers.

Please consider it as an opportunity to recruit future players for the planet!

We hope that you’ll be able to participate in this Earlville Awesome House event for youth and families in our community!

Thank you!  Please sign up in advance so that we can make
